Kust otsast wifi tõõle saamiseks alustada tuleks?

Vaata, kas sul on vastav pakett paigaldatud.

Menüüdes pole ühtki sellenimelist, kuigi on paigaldatud.

Jah, see sama osa.
Vaata järgi, mis kernel sul paigaldatud on
Samuti vaata järgi, kas sul on linux-restricted-modules pakk paigaldatud.
Kui uname -r vaste on:
siis paigaldatud pakk peab olema:
Kood: | linux-restricted-modules-2.6.17-11-generic |
|
|
|
|

Uurisin madwifi lehte(mida sa oleks ehk pidanud ise tegema)
Sinu kaardi kohta öeldakse, et:
not working with version 0.9.2, dmesg reports: "unable to attach hardware: 'Hardware revision not supported' (HAL status 13)"

eth0 no wireless extensions.
sit0 no wireless extensions. |

hmm, aga mis vahe on siis AR 5005G ja AR5005G kaartidel.
Muide, kaart on ikka sisse lülitatud?

Varem on arvuti mõnele neist nõrga signaaliga võrkudest ühenduda suutnud.

On kuulda olnud tõesti, et osadel kaartidel on "levi" nõrgem millegipärast.
