Tere, mul selline mure, et sai ostetud läpakas(peal suse 10.0) millel on ATI Mobility Radeon Xpress 200M graafiakaart, kuid 3d toetust pole veel tööle saand, sai küll installitud ati driverid, kuid see ei paista töötavat. Niisiis oskab keegi oma kogemusi jagada, kuidas seda kaarti tööle saada?

Miks ATI enda draiverid tööle ei lähe?
fglrxinfo annab mis väljundi?

Sa arvatavsti küll installeerisid uued driverid, aga ei kasuta neid. S.t. failis /etc/X11/xorg.conf või /etc/X11/XF86Config (olenevalt, kas sa kasutad Xorg'i või XFree86't) järgmised read:

See tähendab olukorda, kus kasutatakse driverit nimega radeon, mis ei toeta 3D'd. Tuleks kasutada aga driverit fglrx.

lasin fglrxconfig´i veel korra läbi ja peale seda startx nagu kirjas, arvutit hiljem jälle tööle pannes ei läinud enam graafilisse liidesesse. fglrxinfo- Error: unable to display :0. Trükkides startx viskab pildi värviliseks ja siis mustaks. 8O

Ega ei oska eriti täpsustada. ma kardan, et asi on mingites videokaardi settingutes, kuid mäluauk on sellekohal

Sain imekombel jälle pildi ette Very Happy, kuid mingeid video settinguid teha ei lase-kui teha, siis jälle pilt must jne.
