Sama väline monitor teiste masinatega töötab.
ORDI vanas Ultrabook masinas, mis on muude asjade poolest õnnetu, annab sama opsüsteem VGA porti pildi probleemideta (videokaart käib seal samuti i915 draiveriga) ja xrandr kuvab hoopis rohkemate videoväljundite kohta infot.
Selline tähelepanek on ka, et probleemiga masinas X-i üleslaadimise ajal (masina käivitamisel, talveunest ärkamisel) on alumine pool pildist sigrimigri. Lõpuks ikkagi pilt süleri ekraanile tuleb (ja pildil iseenesest probleeme ei ole). Varem seda sigrimigri nähtust polnud.
