Samas mõned Windowsi programmid nõuavad MS Internet Explorer-it (nt MS Office) - seega ei tee paha seegi peale lasta. Saab lisaks mõned dll-failid, mida edaspidi mängud võivad kasutada. Arvestatakse ju Windowsi mängude puhul sellega, et IE on alati masinas olemas
deb http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt hardy main.

* miski GUI nimega Grapevine on olemas Cedega-le. Allalaadimisleht Sourceforge.net-is.
* uurides veebi ei leia kuskilt enam Cedega demoversiooni allalaadimist. Siit võib lugeda, et 2004.a. seda veel sai...
* natuke edasi guugeldades võis siiski leida ühe allalaadimisaadressi kus üleval miski 21MB suur .tar fail - ei ole seda ise proovinud. Sealt võib veel teisigi demosid leida
* ei taha küll öelda aga tegelikult on võimalik piraatkoopia uusimast Cedega-st P2P, torrenti vms võrkude abil saada... Asja mõte selles, et põhimõtteliselt saaks ära testida soovitud mängud. Siis üldse teab edasi mõelda, et kas tasub selle Cedega-ga edasi mässata.
* leidsin veel sellise aadressi, mis viitab samuti lõpuks WineCVS.sh peale, mis võib olla uuem ja parandatud - tuleb testida... Seal lehel on omakorda viiteid üsna huvitavatele ja uusimatele Linuxi mängudele ja nende serveritele... Internet peidab endas huvitavaid asju
* uurida veel selliseid aadresse:
- http://cedegawiki.sweetleafstudios.com/ - mitteametlik Cedega Wiki - seal on päris kena andmebaas õpetustest - ehk leiab sealt abi...
- http://www.linux-gamers.net/modules/wiwimod/ - Linuxi mängurite õpetused
- siin näiteks Call of Duty4: Modern Warfare käimasaamise õpetus. Seal on muidugi teisigi õpetusi...
Otsides Cedega mängude andmebaasist infot soovitud mängude kohta, võib leida sellist infot:
* Colin McRae Dirt Rally
* Colin McRae Rally 2.0
* Colin McRae Rally 2004
* Colin McRae Rally 2005
* Call of Duty
* Call of Duty 2
* Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
* Call of Duty: United Offensive
Ma tunnistan veelkord, et ise olen võhik neis mängudes, eriti mis puudutab Call of Duty nimelist mängu. Colin McRae 2.0-i sai kunagi ammu natuke proovitud ja sedagi windooza all.
Kui paigaldada näiteks Ubuntus käsuga sudo dpkg -i acetoneiso2_2.0.2-20080602_i386.deb siis tekivad sõltuvuse probleemid, mida saab lahendada sudo apt-get install -f abil. Peale paigaldamist korrastada süsteem: sudo ldconfig && sudo dpkg --configure -a && sudo apt-get clean.
Kogukond on tänulik tagasiside eest, kuidas on õnnestunud mänge käima saada
