Automatix Ubuntu 6.10 jaoks-link ei tööta

Ubuntu 6.10 jaoks ei saa tõmmata Automatixit. Link

ei tööta-ei avane brauseris ega tööta sources listis (annab terminalis errori). Kas on alternatiive?

Tänud-sain põhimasinal käima. Pull on aga see, et kuidagi palju katkisi pakke on tekkinud Näiteks nüüd andis Automatix 5 puretud pakki...

Tekkis mõte, et kas see katkiste pakkide jama võib ka sources listi viga olla-et mingid aadressid sees, kust neid pakke miskipärast tervena kätte ei saa? Kasutan seda sources listi:

Samas jälgi, et midagi olulist ei eemaldata. Kui sul synaptic on paigaldatud, siis see peaks ka võimaldama katkiseid pakke parandada.

Kas on see variant ka võimalik, et läbi terminali netist tirimisel võib pakk katkiseks osutuda, aga kui enne brauseris alla tirida, kettale salvestada ja siis terminalis anda käsk "sudo apt-get install blablablaa", töötab asi nagu kellavärk? Mul siin OpenOffice stuffiga oli sellist nalja igatahes...

Ehk siis, mida sa tegema peaksid:

ja kui ikka leidub vigaseid pakke alles siis

Teisel arvutil töötas nii nagu pidi, jamasid polnud. Aga tekkis soov ka põhiarvuti peal (samuti Ubuntu 6.10) veidi asju juurde panna-nüüd "sudo apt-get update" ei näidanud üldse vigaseid pakke-aga kui panin "sudo apt-get install amsn", siis teatas küll, et vigane pakk... Add/remove applicationí alt installida püüdes viskas ette sellise teate:

Cannot install 'amsn'

This application conflicts with other installed software. To install 'amsn' the conflicting software must be removed before.

Switch to the advanced mode to resolve this conflict.

Ka on põhiarvutil probleem mingi Human theme'ga-buutimise ajal lööb enne logimisvälja ette teate umbes, et "ei õnnestu üles laadida Humans theme't", selle saab nupust sulgeda ja edasi sisse logida. Ma küll ei näe, et see segaks masina tööd, aga mine tea-ehk oskab keegi kommenteerida või nõu anda?
