Ati radedon 1950pro ja Wine

Mul on siis ati radeon 1950 videokaart ja windowsi all töötab väga kiiduväärselt. Linuxis on installitud praegu envy abil v8.50.3 driverid ja catalyst 1.11. Linuxi enda all jookseb tip-top (compiz benchmark 800fps, glxgears 10 000 fps, mängud töötavad). Aga kui käivitan wine abil windowsi 3D programmi siis ekraan täitsa segamini. Kas tuleb leppida paratamatusega, või on siiski veel mõni driver ida proovida?

kas sa wine'i all directx'i oled proovind paigaldada, minuteada peaks directx9 praegune hetk wine'i all paigaldatav olema, ehk aitab see 3d tuge parandada

Kõige esimene silma hakkav häda seisneb reas: glx vendor: SGI

Estiteks, mängimine linuxi all (wine ja cedega puhul) eeldab kommertsdraiverite kasutamist. Ma pole ati/amd suuremasi asjatundja, kuid selle vendori real peaks just midagi nende kahe sõnaga seotut olema. Õiged draiverid saad paigaldada: Variant 1. Administeerimine->Hardware drivers abil; variant 2: Installid synapticu abil envy ja selle abiga; variant 3, tõmbad ati/amd lehelt. Viimane variant võib olla kõige keerukam, kuid tagab kõige uuemad draiverid. Alustada soovitaks seetõttu esimesest kahest variandist.

Teiseks pean sind kurvastama kaardivalikuga seoses. Windowsi mängude mängimisel linuxi all (cedega või wine abil), on tugevalt soovitav Nvidia graafikakaardi olemasolu. Draiverite kvaliteet on endilsel nvidia kasuks.
